About Us

Road To Responsibility (RTR) is a community service provider that helps adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities such as Autism, Down syndrome and many others.  We provide a home, a job, therapeutic services, and a community for more than 1000 people throughout the South Shore, and we have been doing this for 30 years!  RTR continues to be one of the largest service providers in the region and helps some of our most vulnerable and most in need in the community.

To provide the means, the opportunity, and the support necessary to allow people with disabilities to take their place as productive members of the community.
